Do I need to be referred by a doctor?
Not necessarily. Referrals aren't necessary for an assessment, but most insurance plans require a referral in order to qualify you for coverage. We can perform assessments and provide your doctor with a report and suggested treatments if needed.
What should I bring to my appointment?
You should wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up to knee level. Bring your current footwear and a pair of worn-in footwear so we can assess the wear pattern.
How much will this cost?
Costs vary based on your personal needs, your initial assessment is free. Subsequent treatments will be outlined for you moving forward.
Are follow-up appointments provided?
Yes. We will schedule a follow-up appointment with you one month after you receive your orthotics. This appointment is free, along with any adjustments that may be necessary.
